Tasty Post Workout Breakfast Burrito

This tasty and healthy breakfast burrito recipe is a great breakfast you can eat on the go after that morning conditioning session!
Ingredients:
3 or 4 Baby potatoes (quartered)
Handful of Shredded bbq brisket (can be replaced by chopped bacon, rolled in paprika)
Half a green chilli, finely chopped.
Quarter bell pepper, chopped.
Handful of cherry tomatoes (quartered)
Half a lime
1 or 2 eggs
Half an avocado
1 Tortilla
The Cooking:
Chuck the potato in a pan and fry over until going golden.
Squeeze the juice from the lime into the pan and mix it around, then add the chilli and peppers.
Cook over for about a minute and add the tomatoes.
Toss the mixture about then add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
Season and take it off the heat.
Smash the avocado and place it on the tortilla, then add the mixture.
If you like extra spice add some Siracha sauce and then fold.
Folding:
Grip the bottom of the tortilla and fold it over, using it to spread the mix.
Open the tortilla back up and fold the sides in about an inch.
Fold the bottom back over and roll the burrito to finish.
