ABOUT ME
Johnny Neal
Every since I was 7 years old I have enjoyed different forms of fitness. Martial Arts, to Parkour and breakdance, later on learning about kettlebell lifting and weight training and calisthenics.
Throughout all my endeavours one thing has taken precedence, the ability to move unimpeded.
This means training a careful balance of agility, strength, mobility and power, as well as maintaining good cardiovascular fitness and stamina.
I have made it my mission to incorporate this into my training, and use these goals to improve my clients overall strength and athletic ability no matter what their background.
What are your goals?
As a trainer I am well versed in a number of training styles. I understand that clients come to me with different needs and capabilities. All my workouts focus on a combination of high and low intensity workouts that place a metabolic stress on your body which will have you burning calories like there's no tomorrow.
